Looking for great pay and benefits?! Available to you on day #1, we offer a 1st shift pay rate of $18/hour and a 2nd shift pay rate of $20/hour, along with an onsite Healthcare team and an onsite Success Coach.

Safety is priority! During your shift, you’re required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and most importantly: a PAPR or respirator, either a half mask or full mask.

You’ll be using brushes and hand rollers to spread out fiberglass, placing small wood supports and plastic rings for strength, moving carts down the line and working as a well-balanced team making quality products for our customers.
