Required Skills and Abilities

• Must have good attention to detail
• Able to read and write English
• Able to read a measuring tape and use basic hand tools
• Good with math and written skills
• Works safely, wearing required PPE; including a ½ mask respirator or PAPR
• Follow written and verbal instruction, plus document quality and production data
• Can comprehend established quality standard and apply them through the process
• Can meet or exceed standard production rates according to daily goals
• Team oriented, can work well with others and is respectful
• Contributes to continuous improvement activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Able and willing to work past scheduled hours when necessary

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50lbs
• Able to push and pull up to 500lb rolling carts with the help of another person
• Must have good manual dexterity, be able to squat, bend, and twist repetitively
• Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced
• Prolonged periods working on feet and performing repetitive actions
