Part-Time ERP Launch Support (SAP Super User – Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ERP implementation team during system configuration, testing, and go-live preparation
- Act as the SAP expert, providing hands-on guidance to end users in modules such as Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, Materials Management, and/or Warehouse Management
- Participate in data validation/configuration, User Acceptance Testing, and troubleshooting
- Document new processes, workflows, and create work instructions
- Train and support end users before and after go-live
- Troubleshoot system issues, escalate defects, and track resolutions with the project team.
- Assist in optimizing information processes within the new system.
- Assist each function with setting up necessary dashboards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP super user in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes within SAP B1
- Experience with ERP or SAP implementations
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Independent, detail oriented, and solution focused
- Humble, Hungry and Emotionally intelligent
